Full Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Support: Act as branch point of contact for key accounts
Order Management : Support accurate order completion, processing, and tracking. This includes e-commerce and direct customer orders.
Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely deliveries and jobsite logistics and proactively communicate any delays when necessary.
Documentation: Facilitate accurate job quotes, purchase order management, credit rebills and Scope of Work (SOR) documentation
Customer Service: Provide product information, assist customers with product selection, and with after-sales support.
Customer Communication : Provide customer service via phone, email, and text.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience

Demonstrated customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong organization skills
Ability to problem solve, be detail oriented, and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications:

English/Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience; or Associates Degree with 1+ year of Counter Sales, Call Center or Customer Service experience.

Work Environment: Sales Center Office; Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
