Full Job Description

Senior Accounting Manager

Full-Time | Exempt

We are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager who goes beyond the numbers. Someone who can own the accounting function while helping leadership make smarter business decisions.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with executives and physicians to analyze performance, improve profitability, and help guide the future of a growing healthcare organization.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle accounting (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end close)
Manage multi-entity financials and ensure accurate reporting
Analyze provider profitability and operational performance
Build financial models to support hiring, expansion, and investments
Lead process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
Manage remote/offshore/automated accounting support
Partner with leadership and providers to drive business decisions

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance + 5 years experience
OR Master’s + 3 years
Strong full-cycle accounting background
Ability to translate financial data into business insights
Experience with systems like QuickBooks, Sage, ADP
Comfortable working with leadership and influencing decisions
Process improvement mindset (bonus if you’ve worked with automation/AI)
