Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk

A Pensacola-based company is seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk to support their accounting team for an estimated period of 2-4 weeks. This position is ideal for candidates who can work independently, possess knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, and are familiar with Microsoft Office tools. The role is located in Pensacola, FL, and offers flexible hours primarily in the afternoons.

Job Responsibilities

Process and manage invoices accurately.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain detailed records of receivables and transactions.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications efficiently.
Adhere to deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

Prior experience with Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Reliable and capable of managing time effectively.
Ability to work primarily in the afternoons on scheduled days.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr to $20.00/hr based on experience
Monday and Wednesday: 8 hours per day
Tuesday and Thursday: 4 hours per day
No work on Fridays
