At Built Different Brands, we’re a people-first hospitality group driven by ambition, authenticity, and impact. Our portfolio spans seven best-in-class brands including PopUp Bagels & Dave’s Hot Chicken, and we’re growing with intention and momentum across the Southeast and beyond.

PopUp Bagels is one of the fastest-growing fast-casual bagel concepts in the country, we are rapidly expanding our catering program to serve corporate clients, event planners, schools, healthcare organizations, and more.

We are building a dedicated catering sales function from the ground up — and we are looking for a driven, experienced sales professional to lead that charge across our Florida market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Catering Sales Manager, you will own the full catering sales lifecycle across multiple BD Brands locations. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct influence over one of the company's fastest-growing revenue channels. You will build new client relationships, reengage lapsed accounts, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and partner closely with location-level Catering Managers, District Managers and the Operating Partner to drive measurable results.

This is not an order-taking role. We want a hunter, someone who is energized by prospecting, skilled at relationship building, and motivated by performance-based compensation that rewards results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prospect and acquire new catering clients across all assigned PopUp Bagels locations
Conduct structured outreach to high-probability targets including corporate offices, event planners, property managers, schools, healthcare facilities, and recurring event hosts
Manage and reengage lapsed catering accounts (60+ days inactive) through systematic call and email outreach.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline CRM records, including all prospect touchpoints, follow-up activity, and order conversions
Collaborate with Catering Managers and the Director of Operations on order fulfillment, client experience, and revenue goal attainment
Represent BD brands and PopUp Bagels with professionalism in all client-facing interactions, both in-person and remote
Meet or exceed quarterly new client acquisition targets, reengagement targets, and portfolio revenue goals
Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting to the Operating Partner

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with a documented track record of quota attainment
Experience in food & beverage, catering, hospitality, or restaurant industry sales strongly preferred
Proficiency with a CRM platform (SalesLoft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Strong account management and client retention skills — you know how to keep customers coming back
Ability to manage a multi-location, geographically dispersed territory independently
Excellent verbal communication skills — comfortable cold calling, presenting, and closing
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred

Prior catering sales experience with a fast-casual brand (Panera Bread, Einstein Bros., Corner Bakery, or similar)
Experience using AI-assisted prospecting or sales intelligence tools
Familiarity with EZCatering platform, Toast POS, or Restaurant365 (R365)
Experience growing catering revenue in a franchise or multi-unit food & beverage environment

COMPENSATION & BONUS STRUCTURE

We believe in paying for performance. This role offers a competitive base salary plus three distinct bonus opportunities — rewarding new client acquisition, lapsed account reengagement, and portfolio revenue attainment. The bonus structure is tiered and uncapped at the Elite level, meaning your earning potential grows with your results.
