Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyor Installation Project Coordinator to lead and oversee conveyor system installation projects within the construction industry. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate all phases of conveyor installation projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with client specifications. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and civil engineering project management will drive project success from planning through execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Duties

Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of conveyor installation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets using Pro Core and Microsoft services
Collaborate with project managers, site supervisor to ensure daily progress and schedule milestones
Monitor progress on-site through construction site experience, conducting regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications
Manage project documentation including contracts, construction plans, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information) using construction management software such as ProCore
Oversee cost management activities by analyzing Excel data reports, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects stay within budget constraints
Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain momentum on project milestones

Experience

Proven project management experience in conveyor installation
Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Excel for reporting and decision-making purposes
Experience managing multiple stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams in fast-paced environments
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a deadline-driven setting
