With over 250 physicians, 220 nurse practitioners and physician assistants and nearly 100 locations in our network. Utilizing innovative clinical research, cutting-edge technologies, and advanced treatments, we are committed to providing world-class cancer care. We are recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) with a national Clinical Trials Participation Award, FCS offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida. Our patients have access to ground-breaking therapies, in a community setting, and may participate in national clinical research studies of drugs and treatment protocols. In the past five years, the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides reception services for the corporate headquarters building which includes receiving and redirecting patient calls, greeting executive level visitors and various vendors.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
Identifies any suspicious or questionable activity and reports issues internally or to police authorities, as necessary.
Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area.
Promotes FCS as a world-class organization through professional interaction with employees and visitors.
Professional dress presentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Experience : Minimum three (3) years of general office experience, preferably experience with a multiple-line telephone system
Core Capabilities: Excellent business level verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Professional appearance
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook with familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
