Type: Part-Time (20 hours) Please note that although this position is part time, the schedule is for someone that can work 4-5 hours every day, during the day.

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support Steven Gaffney and Sharon (Steven’s right hand) in delivering exceptional experiences and services to clients. This role offers hands-on exposure to leadership development, communication strategy, and creative execution. You’ll work closely with Steven and the team, contributing to projects that advance the company’s mission while gaining valuable insight into how ideas move from concept to execution.
What You Must Have
- Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license
- An AI-forward mindset with comfort using modern tools
- Strong typing skills (approximately 70+ words per minute)
- A creative, design-oriented eye
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist with organizing timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Communication Support: Draft, edit, and refine emails, newsletters, and reports while maintaining Steven’s voice and brand.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to streamline workflows, support content creation, and improve operational efficiency. Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Ai, and other AI-driven design platforms, and automation software is highly valued and required.
- Learning System Management: Manage user access, content updates, and ongoing improvements to our online learning platform, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and learners.
- Engagement Logistics: Coordinate the moving parts of client engagements, including scheduling, preparing / shipping materials, client communication, and follow-up, with the goal of fully owning this process over time.
