Scheduling Coordinator (Onsite)
Visiting Angels | Private-Pay Home Care

If you’re someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and keeping things running exactly as they should, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re hiring an onsite Scheduling Coordinator who takes pride in building and maintaining a well-organized, fully covered schedule. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, follows proven processes, and ensures every detail is handled correctly the first time.

This is not a “figure it out as you go” role. It’s about owning the schedule through discipline, organization, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and manage caregiver schedules to ensure all client visits are consistently covered
Proactively monitor schedules and address gaps using established processes
Confirm weekly client schedules to ensure billing accuracy
Verify caregiver schedules for payroll accuracy and completeness
Keep detailed, accurate documentation within scheduling systems (AxisCare or similar)
Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with caregivers and clients
Follow structured workflows for call-outs, changes, and coverage needs
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support
