What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting roof inspections and property evaluations
Meeting with homeowners and identifying roofing and restoration needs
Educating customers on available solutions and options
Building trust and creating long-term customer relationships
Preparing and presenting estimates and recommendations
Following up consistently with prospects and customers
Managing your sales pipeline and opportunities
Working closely with appointment setters and company leadership
Maintaining accurate customer and project information
Representing Vizcom Contracting professionally in the community

Success in this role isn't about pressure. It's about building trust, providing value, and helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.

Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time W-2 position.

Flexible schedule based on appointments and customer availability
Monday–Saturday
Field-based position with significant time spent meeting homeowners
High level of independence and flexibility

You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule while being accountable for your results.

What You'll Earn

Expected Annual Earnings: $100,000–$250,000+

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years of sales experience (preferred)
Communicates confidently and builds trust quickly
Is competitive and motivated by performance
Is coachable and eager to learn
Works well independently
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
Has strong follow-up and organizational skills
Is comfortable climbing ladders and conducting roof inspections
Can safely work outdoors and access rooftops
Has experience in roofing, restoration, construction, or home services (preferred)
Holds a valid driver's license and has reliable transportation

No roofing experience? That's okay.
