About Us
We are anything but a traditional medical office. We are a specialty medical practice dedicated to diagnosing and treating hearing loss through a comprehensive hearing treatment model.
Our patients deserve an exceptional experience from the moment they contact us until their treatment journey is complete. We are looking for an individual who naturally takes ownership, solves problems, anticipates needs, and refuses to let things fall through the cracks.
If you are someone who waits to be told what to do, this is not the position for you.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative without being asked, and genuinely care about delivering an outstanding patient experience, we want to meet you.

We are seeking an Audiology Assistant / Provider Extender Rockstar who will serve as the bridge between our providers and patients.
This is a highly visible, patient-facing role responsible for ensuring every patient receives world-class care, communication, and follow-through throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
You will be involved in everything from assisting with diagnostic testing and patient education to coordinating surgeries, tracking imaging, managing treatment plans, and ensuring patients never feel lost in the process.
This position requires common sense, critical thinking, urgency, and ownership.
You will not be successful in this role if you need constant direction, avoid difficult conversations, or believe "that's not my job."
