The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Administrative Assistant who loves serving people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. If you are proactive, dependable, and take pride in creating exceptional clients experiences, we'd love to meet you.

Role Responsibilities

As the first impression of our firm, you'll play an essential role in supporting our advisors and caring for our clients by:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming office environment
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Preparing client meeting materials and paperwork
Processing service requests and account paperwork
Maintaining client records
Supporting advisors with administrative projects
Assisting with marketing events, seminars, and client appreciate events
Performing general office and operations duites

Experience That Helps

Financial Services or Professional Services experience (preferred).
CRM and workflow management experience.
Experience supporting advisors or client service teams.

Compensation & Benefits
