Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team and drive impactful financial insights that support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will analyze financial data, develop comprehensive financial models, interpret financial statements, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize asset management, investment strategies, and overall financial performance. Duties

Develop and refine detailed financial models to forecast performance and evaluate investment opportunities
Analyze financial statements and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
Conduct quantitative financial analysis to support asset management, real estate investments, and portfolio optimization
Utilize advanced spreadsheets and financial software to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research projects related to financial markets, real estate analysis, and investment strategies
Manage client communication by presenting findings clearly and addressing inquiries with transparency and professionalism

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
Proven experience in financial model development, financial analysis, and interpretation of financial statements
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, accounting software, and specialized financial reporting tools
Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including investment banking, asset management, and real estate markets
Demonstrated ability in quantitative analysis, research methodologies, and using financial software for data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
Familiarity with real estate analysis, portfolio management, and the nuances of the financial services industry
