We expect our Chief of Staff to make an immediate impact by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and helping us communicate objectives among cross-functional teams.

You’ll become the right hand to the CEO, bringing a passion for our clients and excellence at managing stakeholder relationships.

How you can make a difference.

You’ll serve as a connection between executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company culture, employee wellbeing, project updates, proposals, and planning
Manage everyday operations through collaboration with senior management and project managers, scheduling meetings, managing communication, planning, and coordinating client correspondence
Build relationships with cross-functional teams to increase efficiency
Develop effective communication into current operations, and help to create new operational strategies, working with senior leadership on special project planning
Handle inquiries, serve as a subject matter expert, and develop a plan of action to resolve speedbumps.

What all you need.

Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
8+ years in a business or executive management role
Proven experience planning and managing multiple teams and departments
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Experience devising and directing strategic initiatives and operations management
High-level budget management and data analysis
Proven success in a project coordination role
Agile business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
