Job Description

A transformational leader who will create, articulate and execute a vision to
achieve clinical integration
Responsible for patient care, provider clinics, care management, rehabilitation, pharmacy,
laboratory, EKG, imaging infection control and newly created healthcare
informatics

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Medicine, Nursing, Health Administration, Healthcare, or related
clinical discipline preferred.
6+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare required
Demonstrated clinical and business acumen
Prior experience leading transformational change
