We are seeking a passionate and proactive Junior Account Representative to join our team. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with customers, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Junior Account Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and support, attending to clients' service needs in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and helping them maximize the value they receive from our products and services. This role requires a strong communicator, a problem solver, and a dedicated team player who thrives in a client-facing environment.

Junior Account Representative Key Responsibilities:

Customers Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through direct, face-to-face customer interaction
Problem Resolution: Address customers concerns and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Resolve escalated complex customer issues, supporting fellow team members when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our AT&T cellphone products and services in order to provide customers with accurate information and guidance.
Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This includes handling updates, renewals, and any service adjustments.
Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, service options, and best practices, empowering them to make informed decisions and use our products and services effectively.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and report insights to the relevant teams to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow Junior Account Representatives to ensure that your daily and weekly sales goals are met.
Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Service Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities for customers to take advantage of additional services or features that can enhance their experience with our company.

Junior Account Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer services, or account management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and work collaboratively with internal teams.
Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Experience in the telecommunications industry or product-specific knowledge is a plus but not required.
