About the Role
The Energuy is growing fast, and we're looking for a detail-obsessed, high-energy administrator to join our California Admin Team. You'll support day-to-day operations for our State Manager, Raters, and Permit Techs — generating reports, mailing documents, coordinating appointments, and picking up permits. If color-coded closets and perfectly aligned coffee mug handles sound like you, keep reading.

What You'll Do

Perform job entry tasks with high levels of accuracy, inputting information into databases, spreadsheets, or company software systems
Answer contractor calls with urgency, empathy, and accuracy
Generate reports, certificates, and mailers daily (sometimes twice a day)
Keep communication flowing between the State Manager, Raters, and Permit Techs
Provide general admin support: calendar management, scheduling, phones, detailed messages
Build and maintain digital and physical filing/mailing systems
Respond to emails and correspondence promptly
Join monthly/weekly team meetings
Cross-train across departments as needed
Give and receive constructive feedback

Tech-comfortable: you'll work across Google Drive, Google Earth, Microsoft Office, and multiple internal databases/portals

Excellent written and verbal communication
Bilingual a plus
Previous admin experience a plus

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of professional admin experience
Able to sit for extended periods (up to 60+ minutes at a time, ~6 hrs/day)
Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Perks

Part / Full-time
$19.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
