Full Job Description

Licensed Esthetician – Medical Aesthetic Practice

The Cosmetic Office of Dr. Platt - Redlands, CA

The Cosmetic Office of Dr. Platt is seeking a professional, motivated, and patient-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetic practice.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, committed to continued education, and enjoys providing an elevated patient experience. Our ideal candidate is confident in performing advanced esthetic treatments, works well in a collaborative medical environment, and takes pride in building long-term relationships with patients.

Responsibilities

Perform medical esthetic treatments including:

HydraFacial®
Facial and body waxing
Lash lift & tint
Chemical peels
Customized facials for all skin types and concerns

Provide comprehensive skincare consultations and treatment planning

Educate patients on skincare products, home care, and post-treatment expectations

Assist in caring for patients following advanced procedures including:

CO₂ Laser Resurfacing
Microneedling
Chemical Peels

Maintain treatment rooms according to medical-grade cleanliness and infection control standards

Complete accurate chart documentation and treatment notes

Participate in practice marketing and patient education initiatives

Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following professional skincare lines is highly preferred:

Skinbetter Science
Hydrinity
Alastin Skincare

Experience in a medical aesthetic office is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Current California Esthetician License
Experience performing HydraFacial treatments independently
Experience with waxing, lash lift & tint, and chemical peels
Comfortable treating a wide variety of skin types and conditions
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
Team-oriented with a willingness to assist wherever needed

Schedule & Flexibility

This position requires flexibility.

The ideal candidate:

Is willing to work a flexible schedule based on patient demand
Is comfortable assisting with miscellaneous office duties when not treating patients
Is willing to occasional travel to our secondary location approximately 1–2 days per month
Understands that schedule and hours may vary based on patient bookings and practice needs
