Direct Job Solutions is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional Bilingual Recruiter to join our Riverside branch. We are looking for someone who is driven, takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
Staffing industry experience is required. This position is ideal for a recruiter who understands the fast-paced nature of temporary staffing, high-volume recruiting, and client-driven deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Maintain active communication with applicants, associates, and clients.
- Fill open positions in a timely manner while meeting staffing goals.
- Create and manage recruiting advertisements across multiple job platforms.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and notes.
- Utilize Temps Plus and UAttend for applicant tracking, onboarding, attendance, and timekeeping.
- Assist with associate relations, attendance issues, call-offs, scheduling, and client communication.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with management to ensure client staffing needs are met.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working in the staffing industry is required.
- Must have current staffing agency full cycle recruiting experience is required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience using Temps Plus and UAttend (required).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
