If you’re an established Medicare or insurance agent, funeral preplanning can give you another meaningful solution to offer the same clients who already know and trust you—while creating an additional revenue opportunity beyond AEP.

The Opportunity

This is a true 1099, commission-only opportunity designed for independent insurance agents who want to add preneed insurance to their existing business.

Continue focusing on your current Medicare or insurance business
No production quotas or required weekly activity
Flexible schedule that works especially well outside of AEP
Uncapped commission opportunity based on your production
Build business through your existing book, referrals, networking, and community relationships
Remain fully independent while receiving preneed training and support

Work Style: Remote-based with local field activity, including face-to-face client meetings.

What You'll Do

Inquire about funeral plans during annual reviews and client conversations
Educate individuals and families on available preneed insurance options
Follow up with existing clients and referrals who are ready to explore preplanning
Develop additional opportunities through your professional network and community
Conduct relationship-driven, face-to-face client meetings
Manage your own client appointments and follow-up

What We Provide

You don't need previous preneed experience. You'll receive:

Structured preneed training

Flexibility to build preneed around your existing insurance business

You're a Strong Fit If You

Are an active insurance agent, ideally producing in Medicare or serving the senior market
Hold an active Life Insurance license
Want to add another revenue stream without stepping away from your existing business
Have an existing book of business, referral network, or established client relationships
Have an iPad, which is required to complete the preneed sales and application process
Are comfortable generating opportunities through your existing relationships
Are comfortable meeting clients face-to-face
Are self-directed and comfortable working in a true 1099 environment
