Account Success Manager 2

Department: Client Services
Reports To : Director of Account Success - BH
Work Model: Remote

Position Summary

The Account Success Manager 2 (ASM2) is responsible for ensuring the long-term success and performance of assigned revenue cycle management (RCM) client engagements. This role serves as the primary strategic and operational partner for medium-to-large behavioral healthcare clients, ensuring service quality, KPI achievement, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage RCM engagements for assigned behavioral healthcare clients
Lead client onboarding and implementation
Develop and present monthly performance dashboard reviews and KPIs to clients
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams (UR, Billing, Posting, etc.); acting as central point of coordination to ensure alignment, identify issues early, and drive resolution across teams.
Analyze and report key RCM performance metrics and trends including cash collections, bad debt, A/R over 90 days, and ensure performance is maintained at optimal levels.

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience building professional relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in behavioral healthcare revenue cycle operations
Strong leadership and professional communication (verbal and written) skills
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multiple behavioral health EMR systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer, participating in virtual meetings, listening, and verbal communication. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and business needs.

Additional Compensation
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including but not limited to:

Discretionary performance-based incentives or bonuses
