Full Job Description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Personal and Commercial Insurance Agent, where you'll play a vital role in educating and guiding consumers to protect what matters most. This energetic position offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships through outside sales, personalized consultations, and comprehensive insurance solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in property, casualty, health, and life insurance to deliver tailored coverage options that meet diverse client needs. Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to identify and attract new clients for personal and commercial insurance products
Conduct thorough client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage sales administration tasks including CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration
Stay informed on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product knowledge such as property casualty, health, life, and commercial insurance
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional insurance solutions

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on client communication and relationship building
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
Knowledge of property casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products
Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite, and sales administration tools
Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes
Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor coverage options effectively
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets

We train, license and educate our staff in all aspects of insurance. Starting Salary reflects this time and effort to get you going, however new business commissions are on top of salary. Be yourself, create long term clients, learn about an industry, and control your own income.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
