Manage production of established components where you will perform necessary offsets and adjustments while maintaining the integrity of locked programs.
Utilize digital documentation including setup sheets, technical drawings, BOMs, and routers, all provided in imperial measurements.
Execute setups within an average timeframe of 3 to 5 hours, focusing on high-quality production runs.
Maintain efficient throughput with average cycle times ranging from 3 to 6 minutes per unit.
Manage production runs with an average lot size of 500 pieces to ensure consistent output.
Ensure product excellence by following detailed inspection protocols, including CMM and manual checks, to help maintain the highest quality standards for every part.
Perform routine operator-level preventative maintenance, such as monitoring and replenishing coolant and oil levels.
Support a safe and organized workspace by manually handling parts and utilizing pallet jacks as needed.
