Position Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable collections for assigned customers and regions.
Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status.
Review customer credit, process credit approvals, and recommend credit limit adjustments.
Prepare collection notices, payment plans, refunds, account statements, and account adjustments.
Process credit card payments and maintain accurate customer account records.
Research account discrepancies, credits, and payment issues.
Partner with internal teams to resolve billing disputes and customer concerns.
Handle high-volume and complex customer accounts, including multi-location customers.
Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing, credit, and payment processing.
Review and approve sales orders, including high-value transactions, based on creditworthiness.
Monitor lease account aging, investigate discrepancies, and maintain account documentation.
Support customer transitions related to acquisitions and newly integrated accounts.
Recommend accounts for third-party collections when appropriate.
Train and mentor members of the collections team.
Provide support for special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years’ collection or customer service experience.

Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate (office environment).
