About us

Stealth Retainers is a small business in Hutto, TX. Our goal as a company is to help improve men's sex lives with smart and stylish products, all made in the USA.

We have a unique opportunity for a skilled machinist/programmer to use our 2 CNC machines ( Tormach 1100MX mill (with 4th axis and ATC) and Tormach Slant 15L lathe with ATC).

The ideal candidate would be an expert with experience in cutting 303 Stainless and 6063 Aluminum and will be able to create cutting strategies and use the right tooling for our machines, some fixturing, making both prototype and end-use parts, and have knowledge of using Fusion 360 (or willingness to learn it) to manipulate and output CAM files to use on our machines.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a Tormach 1100MX Mill and Tormach Slant 15L Lathe
Operate and maintain a horizontal bandsaw, dremels, and other power tools
Fine-tune both new and existing Fusion CAM & Design files for manufacturing
Run and set up parts on each machine to produce runs of multiple types of parts in stainless and Molds in aluminum
Document tools, part profiles, and setups used for processes used in product manufacturing when fine-tuned/up to quality standards
Post Processing of parts to ensure high-quality products for customers

We're a small, dynamic company operating out of a small warehouse, and we value your work-life balance. You'll have the flexibility to choose your own hours that suit you best. Typically, we expect around 40 hours per week, but work load will be primarily time line based so there may be more than 40hrs/week needed at times.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
