Restaurant Solutions Coordinator

Field-Based Restaurant Outreach | Rio Grande Valley, Texas

Earn for Opening Doors—Not for Giving Presentations or Closing Sales

RestaurantDealers.com is seeking confident, self-motivated Coordinators to connect with local restaurant owners and schedule qualified appointments with our Business Advisors.

Your responsibility ends after generating and scheduling the qualified appointment.

You do not have to:

Conduct sales presentations
Negotiate pricing
Enroll/Signup customers
Prepare contracts
Close sales
Provide customer support

Our experienced Business Advisors handle the presentation, follow-up, enrollment and closing process.

Contractor Fee Opportunities

Independent Restaurant Solutions Coordinators may become eligible to earn:

$1,000 Campaign-Completion Fee for completing and documenting a minimum of 150 verified Qualified Restaurant Visits during a 14-calendar-day campaign.
$100 Qualified-Appointment Fee for each appointment that satisfies the applicable qualification and verification requirements.
$500 to $3,000 Contingent Closed-Account Performance Fee for each merchant generated through the coordinator’s efforts that RestaurantDealers Business Advisors successfully enrolls and that completes the signup process signup and other requirements.

The coordinator does not have to make the sales presentation or enroll the merchant to qualify for the Contingent Closed-Account Performance Fee and the opportunity for yearly 6-digit earnings.

RestaurantDealers also offers a separate $2,000 Merchant Referral Program that the Restaurant Solutions Coordinators may promote as an additional tool to encourage qualifying referral sources to introduce restaurant owners and generate additional appointment opportunities. All referral payments are paid directly to the referral partners and subject to the written terms and eligibility requirements of the referral program.

What You Will Do

Identify and visit operating restaurants within an authorized territory.
Introduce RestaurantDealers professionally.
Speak with restaurant owners, managers and other decision-makers.
Explain the general purpose and potential value of meeting with a RestaurantDealers Business Advisor.
Schedule qualified appointments for our Business Advisors.
Document restaurant visits and appointment information accurately.
Use only approved company information and promotional materials.

You Control Your Campaign

This is an independent-contractor opportunity, not a scheduled employee position, but with much greater advantages including a guaranteed payment every 2 weeks when you are scheduled to complete your campaigns.

You determine your own working days and hours.
You create your own routes.
You determine how to distribute the required visits throughout the campaign.
You provide your own vehicle, telephone and ordinary business equipment.
You are responsible for your own business expenses and taxes.
You may accept or decline each campaign offered.

There are no required Monday-through-Friday hours and no requirement to report to an office for a daily shift. Your obligation is to complete the accepted campaign deliverables by the agreed deadline.

Who We Are Looking For

This opportunity may be a good fit if you:

Are comfortable walking into restaurants and starting conversations.
Can professionally approach owners and decision-makers.
Are persistent without being aggressive.
Can handle rejection and continue working positively.
Communicate clearly in English, Spanish or both.
Are organized and can accurately document activity.
Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance.
Operate—or are prepared to operate—as a genuine independent service provider interested for an Opportunity to earn a 6-digit yearly income based on your own results

Restaurant, hospitality, outside sales, canvassing, appointment setting, lead generation or business-development experience is helpful but not required.

Successful contractors may be considered for future W-2 employment as RestaurantDealers Business Advisors. Contractor participation does not guarantee employment, and any employment opportunity would be offered separately.
