Telemarketer

Are you a motivated and persuasive individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our team and contribute to our business development efforts. As a Telemarketer, you will have the opportunity to connect with potential customers and promote our products/services through warm and outbound calling.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct warm and outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems or ability to quickly learn new software
