Full Job Description

Job Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll, benefits, and employment-related questions
Process and manage payroll through Paylocity
Assist employees with payroll questions, corrections, and discrepancies
Coordinate employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance
Manage benefit enrollment, changes, and employee questions regarding coverage
Coordinate recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and employment documentation
Assist with employee management and personnel-related matters
Manage invoicing and business expenses through Ramp
Order office and medical supplies as needed
Complete daily and monthly financial reconciliations
Communicate with insurance carriers, benefit providers, vendors, and other outside partners
Maintain confidentiality of employee and business information
Assist leadership with HR-related projects, reporting, and other assigned responsibilities
Help ensure payroll, benefits, and employee processes are handled accurately and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Experience with payroll and employee benefits preferred
Experience with Paylocity and Ramp is a plus
Strong understanding of employee confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle sensitive employee information
Previous experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
