KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Security & Controls to join our Advisory Organization.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP security, SAP GRC, and the audit readiness of complex SAP environments (including S/4HANA)
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle and provide strategic remediation recommendations
Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP security, automation, and SAP controls
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Senior Associates on engagements, fostering a high-performing team environment
Help to coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledge base of the team, and contribute to internal practice development initiatives
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent experience in areas such as SAP audit (GITCs and business process), SAP controls, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations and upgrades, business process transformation, or data analytic
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field such as Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science is required
Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; exposure to recent versions of SAP GRC (10.1 or 12.0) and S/4HANA is highly preferred
Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm, is preferred
Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP Certified Technology Professional is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives
Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements
