Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Quarterly Enrollment Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing

As the General Manager and Captain of your school, you will own the overall culture, growth, and day-to-day operations:

Drive Census & Enrollment: Lead local marketing, host tours, follow up with inquiries, and turn prospective families into long-term community members.
Build a World-Class Culture: Recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent. You'll focus heavily on team morale, professional development, and drastically reducing turnover.
Lead Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily staffing ratios, scheduling, operational budgets, and ensure total compliance with state licensing and safety standards.
Be the Face of the School: Build trusted, long-term relationships with parents through proactive communication and outstanding service.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome accomplished operational leaders from a variety of service-driven industries—childcare background is welcomed, but definitely not required.

3+ years of Executive/Operational Leadership running a facility, managing a P&L, and leading a team (Senior Living, Healthcare, YMCA/Fitness, Hospitality, or Education).
Proven track record in sales, marketing, or census/enrollment building within a local market.
Natural people leader who knows how to inspire teams, handle tough conversations, and build positive workplace cultures.
Strong operational acumen with high attention to safety, compliance, and detail.

What We Offer

Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on operational experience.
