Job Summary
Serves as a critical analytical support to the Inventory Planning and Aftersales Supply Chain Teams. Focuses on developing, maintaining, and continuously improving reporting, data quality, and performance insights that enable effective inventory decisions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops, maintains, and enhances recurring operational reports that provide visibility into inventory health, fill rates, backorders, and supply constraints. Delivers timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders (Planning and field teams, ports, and leadership). Translates complex datasets into clear insights, highlighting actionable trends and risks.
- Partners with Information Technology (IT) and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, system functionality, and reporting automation. Identifies and resolves data inconsistencies across systems (inventory, purchase orders, shipments, forecasts). Supports ongoing data cleansing efforts to reduce planning disruptions caused by inaccurate or outdated information.
- Analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) including fill rate, inventory turns, backorders, and excess and obsolete inventory. Identifies root causes of service level gaps, including parts shortages, demand variability, and supply disruptions. Provides insight into inventory imbalances across distribution points (e.g., ports, warehouses, retailer networks).
- Supports accessory and parts readiness for new model introductions and major business changes. Evaluates supply performance, including purchase order alignment, supplier delivery, and inbound visibility. Provides support to Sales Team aimed at improving accuracy in penetration rates and identifying demand drivers.
- Maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Accessory Planning Team. Creates and updates SOPs and shares the SOPs with Planning Team and management for final review and approval.
- Serves as a primary interface with operational-level staff at outside vendors. Resolves day-to-day problems independently in order to keep supply chain operations running efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepares materials, such as trend analysis, reporting, and presentation slide decks for vendor consultations and visits and participates as necessary by giving well-informed input.
- Completes testing and development work in partnership with IT on Aftersales Supply Chain systems when system updates occur.
- Supports Aftersales Supply Chain Team through staffing changes and challenges, such as staff vacancies and unexpected, high priority issues.
- Represents the Aftersales Supply Chain Team to IT in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) development.

Compensation: The Recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000 -$92,000 /year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on your performance. (Internal Job Grade: P2).
