Regional Account Manager – Patriot Support Program

Universal Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Regional Account Manager for our Patriot Support Program, a national network dedicated to providing behavioral health care to service members, veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, first responders, and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for a military recruiter, transitioning service member, veteran, or healthcare professional who understands military culture and enjoys building relationships, developing partnerships, and making a meaningful impact.

About the Role

This is a field-based, relationship-driven business development position covering Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Idaho, and Ohio.

The Regional Account Manager develops and maintains referral partnerships with:

Military installations and commands
VA facilities
TRICARE providers
Military and veteran organizations
Community and healthcare organizations

You will represent the Patriot Support Program within the military and veteran communities and help connect service members, veterans, and their families with behavioral health care.

About Patriot Support

The Patriot Support Program includes more than 30 dedicated treatment centers and TRICARE® in-network facilities focused on the behavioral health needs of military-connected populations. Services address conditions including PTSD, combat stress, depression, and substance use disorders.

What We’re Looking For

Military recruiting, military/veteran outreach, healthcare, behavioral health, business development, account management, or related experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to independently manage a large geographic territory
Excellent presentation, networking, and organizational skills
Understanding of military culture and the needs of service members and veterans
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
