The Senior Manager, MarTech QA is a key role in our now Digital unit within Personal Risk Services responsible for designing, supporting, and quality-assuring the marketing technology stack that powers D2C insurance acquisition, retention, and cross-sell for our pet business.

The Senior Manager brings deep Adobe Experience Cloud expertise, a disciplined approach to quality assurance in a regulated environment, and a track record of partnering closely with IT and Operations to ship durable, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Reporting to the SVP and Head of Healthy Paws CX and Marketing, this role translates strategic and marketing requirements and growth outcomes focused on optimization and scaling our business and improving the customer experience.
- QA to test templates, Sling Models, tagging and HTML-based content models supporting D2C insurance acquisition and retention journeys
- Build and maintain integrations across the Adobe Experience Cloud suite including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Audience Manager, and Adobe Data Collection
- Support CMS integrations and changes connecting AEM with Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CRM
- Define and enforce QA standards across the full MarTech delivery lifecycle, from component development through production release
- Ensure QA is end to end including impacts to operations and downstreams as required working in collaboration with IT or Ops leadership
- Lead a structured experimentation framework informed by QA findings, translating defect patterns and quality signals into prioritized improvement cycles that drive measurable gains in reliability, performance, and conversion
- Maintains documentation, audit trails, and traceability artifacts that satisfy enterprise compliance standards as needed
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Privacy teams to ensure all MarTech implementations satisfy ADA (WCAG AA), CCPA, and OneTrust consent requirements before deployment
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines with quality gates that catch accessibility, performance, and security regressions prior to production release
- Collaborate across team with Head of Product to ensure prioritization, timing and support for implementation
- Serve as a highly collaborative partner to IT and Operations, aligning on shared infrastructure, release cadences, and incident response so MarTech delivery stays synchronized with platform-level constraints and priorities
- Leverage AI tools and LLM API integrations for content assistance, intelligent search, metadata enrichment, behavioral personalization, and workflow automation within CMS and marketing platforms
- Apply a data-driven mindset to MarTech implementation, using analytics and behavioral data to inform personalization, tagging architecture, and content performance optimization
- Instrument tracking and tagging (GA4, GTM, Adobe Data Collection) and maintain reporting pipelines that support controllable input metrics across acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
- Maintain a digital and customer first focus, prioritizing innovative and scalable solutions for online engagement and conversion across all three PRS product lines
- Contribute to executive leadership presentations and build collaborative relationships.
