Full Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Ultrasound certification, and minimum 1+ years Imaging experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS).
Minimum of one year of recent experience in general ultrasound imaging.
Proficiency in performing and interpreting a wide range of general ultrasound procedures.
Strong patient care, communication, and organizational abilities.
Current BLS certification.
Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality general ultrasound exams in accordance with facility protocols.
Produce and review sonographic images, ensuring diagnostic accuracy.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
Maintain precise records and document findings in electronic medical records.
Educate patients on procedures and address their concerns with compassion.
