Full Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Liaison person to join our team. Candidates should have a background in marketing and a firm understanding of current marketing practices. Ideal candidates will also be comfortable with administrative tasks, have strong communication skills and be willing to help out with any general office duties. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience in a high-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Create content for social media and other marketing collateral pieces.
Participate in the drafting, editing, and publishing of marketing materials.
Create social media campaigns.
Write and update content for company website.
Assist in the production of marketing collateral pieces.
Update company and employee databases with the most current information.
Approve and forward incoming mail.
Answer the phone and respond to voicemail messages.
Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail.
Organize, schedule, and rearrange meetings.
Create a calendar of all meetings taking place at the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,262.00 - $46,625.00 per year
