Luxury Apartment Concierge – Center City, Philadelphia, PA

Join one of Center City’s premier luxury residential communities as a Concierge. We are seeking polished, personable, and customer-focused individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a five-star resident experience.

No concierge experience is required—we are happy to train candidates who possess outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, and a warm, welcoming personality.

As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards and luxury lifestyle our community is known for.

Responsibilities:

Greet residents, guests, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality.
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized assistance.
Manage resident inquiries, requests, and package deliveries.
Monitor building access and maintain security protocols.
Coordinate visitor check-ins and communicate with residents regarding guest arrivals.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby and reception area.
Assist residents with concierge-style services and community information.
Collaborate with property management to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

No prior concierge experience necessary.
Customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
