Sesh by Privé is a modern tattoo, piercing, and aesthetics studio built inside one of the Philadelphia area's fastest-growing luxury beauty collectives. We're focused on creating an elevated client experience through high-quality services, education, and genuine connection. We're building a team of artists who are passionate about their craft, love learning, and want to grow alongside a supportive, goal-oriented studio.

Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced Lash & Brow Artist or Licensed Esthetician who specializes in enhancing natural beauty through lashes and brows. The ideal candidate is confident performing lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, brow shaping, and brow tinting while delivering exceptional client care from consultation through aftercare.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, is motivated to grow their books, and wants to build a career inside a collaborative, luxury-focused team, not just fill a chair.

Services You'll Perform

Classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions
Lash lifts and tints
Brow laminations
Brow shaping and facial waxing
Brow tinting and staining, including hybrid tint services
Microblading and/or brow artistry (preferred)
Client consultations and customized treatment plans
Retail recommendations
Aftercare education

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

We'd love to meet you if you also offer:

Permanent makeup (PMU)
Lip blushing
Powder brows
Nano brows

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality services with attention to detail and consistency
Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest
Maintain sanitation and infection control standards in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
Complete thorough consultations and document client information when necessary
Educate clients on aftercare and home maintenance
Recommend professional retail products when appropriate
Rebook clients to support consistent results and long-term retention
Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and stocked
Participate in team meetings, trainings, promotions, and studio events
Contribute to social media by capturing quality photos and videos of your work
Build and maintain your clientele through excellent service and relationship building

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Esthetician or Cosmetology License (or other licensing required for your services)
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience performing lash and brow services (training available for the right candidate)
Strong consultation and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and a luxury hospitality approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Availability for evenings and Saturdays preferred
