Summary

As a Court Reporter Trainee at Sargent's Court Reporting Service, you will embark on an exciting career path within the legal system. This entry-level position is essential for supporting our mission of delivering accurate and timely court reporting services

Responsibilities

Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop court reporting skills.
Assist experienced court reporters during depositions and court proceedings.
Practice transcription and note-taking techniques to ensure accuracy.
Learn to use specialized court reporting equipment and software effectively.
Support the team by preparing documents and maintaining organized records.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry standards and practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in court reporting is a plus.
