What You’ll Do:

Contribute to daily garment production, working with various fabrics and styles
Operate industrial straight-stitch machines, with potential to learn coverstitch, blind hem, and purl stitch machines (home sewing machines may also be used)
Learn, perform, and eventually teach different sewing operations
Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What We’re Looking For:

PASSION for sewing and a drive to learn and grow
Basic to intermediate sewing skills
Strong attention to detail and good eyesight (with or without glasses)
Ability to read and follow instructions in English
A positive, self-motivated attitude and a willingness to teach others
Commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth

Experience with industrial machines is a plus but not required — we’ll teach you!

Growth Potential:

This role offers a clear path to advance to a Tailor/Dressmaker position for driven and dedicated individuals.

Position Details:

Full-Time Preferred: 35–40 hours/week
Part-Time Considered: With the goal of transitioning to full-time
Store Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Some Saturdays may be required)
