Recruiter | Home Instead Philadelphia

Build relationships. Build a pipeline. Build a workforce that makes a difference.

Home Instead Philadelphia is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Recruiter who loves connecting with people and knows how to turn great sourcing into great hires.

This is more than a “post and wait” recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who can go out and find talent, develop community partnerships, build a strong Care Professional pipeline, and understand how recruiting directly impacts our clients, scheduling capacity, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

Build a pipeline of qualified Care Pros for current and future client needs.
Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, social media, schools, workforce programs, job fairs, and community partnerships.
Build relationships with organizations throughout the greater Philadelphia region
Keep candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process from application through orientation and workforce readiness.
Coordinate background checks, references, employment documentation, and other compliance requirements.
Partner closely with Service Coordination, Client Care and HR to understand who we need, where we need them, and when.
Use data to spot pipeline gaps and adjust sourcing strategies.

You may be a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, workforce development, healthcare, home care, hospitality, retail, or high-volume hiring experience.
Can balance urgency with quality and compliance.
Are organized, responsive, and persistent with candidate follow-up.
Enjoy using data to figure out what’s working and what needs to change.
Understand that a successful hire means a new employee who is trained, ready, working, and contributing to the team.

Experience recruiting caregivers, CNAs, home health aides, direct support professionals, or other frontline employees is a plus.
