Phoenix Group Abrazo West Campus
Abrazo West Campus is a 216-bed acute care hospital within the Abrazo Community Health Network, serving as a leading provider of comprehensive, innovative care to the rapidly growing West Valley region of metro Phoenix. The hospital delivers advanced obstetrical services, robotic and minimally invasive surgical capabilities, full-service emergency care, and a broad suite of cardiovascular offerings. Its high-volume emergency department manages approximately 78,000 visits annually.
As a designated Level I Trauma Center, Abrazo West Campus is recognized for excellence in trauma, critical care, and complex surgical interventions. The campus also includes a new standalone inpatient rehabilitation facility, enhancing care continuity and supporting advanced recovery pathways for patients across the region.
The hospital features strong orthopedic programs, including advanced joint replacement, spine surgery, and orthopedic trauma, supported by state-of-the-art surgical technologies and multidisciplinary expertise. Abrazo West also operates a robust interventional stroke program that is mechanical thrombectomy capable, allowing the hospital to treat the most severe, time sensitive strokes. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chief Executive Officer has overall operational responsibility and oversight of the Abrazo West Campus and Freestanding ER. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading by example, setting clear strategies and performance expectations in an environment of participation and collaboration with senior management, physicians, and the Board of Directors.

Compensation
