We are looking for a high-accountability leader who knows how to build culture, coach sales performance, and create systems that help teams succeed.

This is not a “sit in the office and manage schedules” type of role.

We are searching for a builder.

Someone who can walk into a business, create structure, develop people, drive membership growth, and lead a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work while hitting goals together.

Our locations serve people through massage therapy and skincare, but behind every successful location is a strong operational leader who can balance:

sales performance
team culture
operational consistency
coaching and accountability
customer experience
therapist retention

This role manages approximately 15–25 employees including:

Front Desk Sales Associates
Massage Therapists
Estheticians

Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, operational discipline, and the ability to lead very different personality types toward one common goal.

Responsibilities

Build a high-performing and positive culture
Coach membership sales and conversion performance
Create systems and processes that improve consistency
Lead daily operations and team accountability
Hire, train, and develop employees
Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional guest experiences
Retain and motivate massage therapists and estheticians
Manage KPIs and business metrics
Address challenges quickly, professionally, and consistently

Schedule Expectations
