As a key member of our Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale team, the Luxury Automotive Service Advisor is a well-informed consultant who is extremely knowledgeable on new and upcoming Mercedes-Benz vehicle selection, AMG performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety, features and functions, and options associated with our new as well as our Mercedes Certified Pre-owned vehicles. The Mercedes Automotive Service Advisor confidently presents service orders and estimates to our customers in a highly informative fashion. In addition, our Mercedes Automotive Service Advisor is expected to maintain an ongoing relationship/communication with our customers in order to encourage networking and repeat business.

Being the Best of the Best at Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale include:

You must have Strong communication, presentation, writing skills, email etiquette & phone skills
Handle telephone calls regarding work in process, appointments, technical and service related inquiries.
Show enthusiasm and commitment to customer care to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers
Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule
Conducting post-repair follow up
Resolving customer complaints.
Educate and sell vehicle warranties to customers when needed
Continue to maintain Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale, quality, and integrity
Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
Must have superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
Adhere to and utilize company guidelines and policies
Solutions and detail-oriented
Maintain professional appearance at all times
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)
Must have valid driver's license
