Founding Product Engineer (Full Stack + AI)

Help Build the Future of Real Estate

The real estate industry has barely changed in decades.

Most brokerages still rely on disconnected software, spreadsheets, manual processes, and countless subscriptions just to onboard, train, coach, and manage agents.

We're changing that.

PCx is building the operating system for real estate: a single platform that brings together onboarding, training, coaching, business planning, accountability, production tracking, collaboration, and eventually AI into one unified experience.

This isn't another SaaS startup.

We're building the platform that thousands of brokerages, offices, team leaders, and agents will run their businesses on every day.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up, not just write code.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to become one of the first technical leaders inside a company with significant long-term upside.

You'll work directly with the founder to shape product strategy, make technical decisions, improve architecture, accelerate development, and ultimately help build a platform capable of serving tens of thousands of daily users.

We're looking for someone who wants ownership, influence, and the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the engineering team expands.

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

You don't need to know real estate.

You do need to love building great software.

What You'll Do

As our Founding Product Engineer, you'll work across product, engineering, and architecture to help bring the PCx vision to life.

Responsibilities include:

Design and build new platform features from concept through deployment
Improve application architecture and scalability
Work alongside our existing development team to increase development velocity
Review code and establish engineering best practices
Collaborate on UI/UX decisions and product workflows
Help prioritize features and technical roadmap
Design scalable database structures and backend services
Build modern APIs and frontend experiences
Identify opportunities to leverage AI throughout the platform
Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the product
Help hire and mentor future engineers as the team grows

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong full-stack development experience
Experience building SaaS applications
Experience designing scalable systems and databases
Strong understanding of modern software architecture
Experience working with AI APIs, LLMs, or AI-powered applications is highly preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
