WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR STATE CAREGIVER CERTIFICATE, if necessary. EMPLOYMENT BASED ON BEING CERTIFIED, OR THAT YOU ARE WILLING TO GET CERTIFIED, SHORTLY AFTER BEING HIRED. IF YOU ARE SEEKING ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES, WE MAY TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON TO GET THEIR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LICENSE (experience requirements may apply to licensing)

ROOM AND BOARD (Valued at $18,000 per year, non-taxable, provided as part of compensation)

FULLY FURNISHED PRIVATE BEDROOM (bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, chair, TV, etc and large walk-in closet), FOOD, UTILITIES, INTERNET, TV,

LARGE LIVING AREA FOR CAREGIVERS TO SHARE, WITH REFRIGERATORS, COFFEE BAR & MICROWAVE.

Will train the right person.

COMPENSATION, INCLUDES ROOM & BOARD, VALUED AT $18,000 PER YEAR: RANGE: $52,000 - $54,000. (NET OF ROOM & BOARD, annual compensation - $36,000).

MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER. We all work as a team and have developed a family atmosphere with our staff and residents. We own 2 assisted living homes and our caregivers will have the opportunity to work at both homes, which are in close proximity to one another.

We are offering live-in positions for kind-hearted, dedicated caregivers. Our 10-resident assisted living home has an 2,100+ sq ft second story dedicated entirely to our staff. Each member of our caregiving staff lives in their own large, fully-furnished private room with walk-in closets, desk, Cable TV and Wi-Fi. The caregivers enjoy a large common area with reclining sofas, big-screen TV, coffee bar and 2 refrigerators. The staff have a separate laundry.

We prefer to hire those special, dedicated, hard-working people who have experience with caring for seniors and will be responsible for providing assistance, to those in our “group” home, according to their needs, which can range from helping with daily routines and meal preparation to toileting, changing adult diapers, bathing, feeding and medication.

If Certified and trained, the caregivers may help with medication management. Some of our residents may need help getting in and out of chairs, or beds, and we have hoyer lifts available as an assist. All of our residents require someone kind to talk with and to help get them involved in activities. The job also involves helping with the cooking and cleaning of the home.

Assisted living homes may have some residents who need a little assistance with their daily routine, others may suffer dementia, diabetes or Parkinson’s and such, and need assistance with all aspects of their day, ie feeding, dressing, toileting, adult diapers, checking catheters, medication and the like. However, we do not work with seniors with behavioral or violence issues.

As a requirement of the Arizona Department of Health, applicants must provide fingerprint clearance cards and undergo background checks. If you have a drug, alcohol or anger issues, or if you are not a Team Player, please do not apply.
