Full Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Human Resources Generalist to join the team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday onsite position. Pay range $28.00-$33.00 per hour plus benefits depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment, job posting, interviewing, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews. Additionally, schedule interviews with hiring managers and obtain hiring profiles.
Initiate onboarding, compliance, employment verification including I-9s.
Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA standards, and company policies.
Coordinate training and development initiatives tailored to operational teams.
Support weekly payroll processing, garnishments, and tax filings.
Prepare HR reports including labor, retention, compensation.
Process benefits enrollment in accordance with 401k, Health, Medical, Dental
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Assist with COBRA administration and documentation of employee interactions.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Minimum + years of recent progressive HR Generalist experience
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
PHR or SHRM-CP preferred not required.
