Full Job Description

This role is set within one of North Scottsdale's premier resort-style residential communities — and the right person will feel right at home in it.

If you take pride in accuracy, carry yourself with professionalism, and find genuine satisfaction in creating a space that runs exactly as it should, this part-time Clubhouse Attendant position was designed with you in mind.

If you are the person who notices the misaligned sign, catches the typo, and keeps the desk organized without being asked, this role was written for you.

Schedule
This position offers shifts across mornings, afternoons, and early evenings, with openings available throughout the week. All team members are expected to commit to at least one weekend shift per week. Estimated weekly hours are in the range of 15 - 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously — representing the community's standard of service at all times
Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly and accurately
Enter and track resident service requests in the community portal with precise, complete detail
Receive, log, and manage parcel deliveries; maintain an organized package area and obtain signatures at pickup
Proofread community notices, emails, and signage for spelling, grammar, and clarity before distribution
Operate clubhouse TVs and A/V equipment; perform basic troubleshooting using established procedures
Monitor and maintain the appearance of the great room, lobby, and front desk to a consistent, high standard
Perform light cleaning and supply restocking as needed to keep the space presentable
Assist with event set-up and tear-down following established procedures
Uphold and apply clubhouse policies and community guidelines consistently and professionally
Other duties as required

What We're Looking For

Required

Exceptional attention to detail — you hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be reminded
Customer service experience in a front desk, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing environment
Reliable and punctual — your attendance record reflects your professionalism
Comfortable with technology; 40+ WPM typing required
Professional demeanor; able to apply community guidelines calmly and consistently
Strong proofreading skills; you catch errors others miss
Weekend availability

Preferred

Experience in an HOA, country club, apartment community, hotel, or similarly structured, standards-driven environment
Some college or associate's degree

Valor Executive Search is partnering with a private North Scottsdale condominium community to place this role.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
