Build a solid career with the newest franchise group in Scottsdale / Phoenix AZ! We are growing fast — with 2 shops opened in 2025, 1 taken over in 2026, and 2 more new shops on the way, we are movin‘ & shakin’ with tons of growth opportunities! We’re looking for TENURED GENERAL MANAGERS that have a minimum of 3 years in a Fast Casual or Full Service Restaurant GM role, who will bring the vibes by embracing servant leadership, and who love working shoulder to shoulder with their crew! Cheba Hut is a quick service restaurant with a full service feel, so Full Service / Front of House / Back of House experience is all useful & necessary.

Cheba what? Yes, we are Cheba Hut, the OG weed-themed “Toasted” sub shop that

has been slangin’ sandwiches and delicious munchies for over 25 years. We didn’t get

here because of luck or gimmicks. We got here by prioritizing our food and our people

(both crew and customers alike); making Cheba Hut not just a place to work, or eat, but

a destination. We recognize that everyone deserves opportunity, and that is the heart

and soul of our brand (aside from the amazing food). So, we are dishing it out

(opportunity that is) to like-minded leaders, hungry for a chance to do something good and to lead others to greatness in various Manager Positions.

As a Manager, you are responsible for not just leading your team, but for driving the daily operations of your shop, and for carrying out long-term plans and goals as well. And beyond simply leading your team to carry out those plans and goals, you are responsible for recruiting team members, developing them through established training procedures, and coaching and fostering their talent and growth.

Administrative and financial responsibilities are also key components to our in-shop

leadership roles. Completing required reporting, managing costs (food, labor, etc.), and

building relationships for growth are all expected from Managers at Cheba Hut.

Overall, we want you to give a damn about all aspects of the Cheba Hut shop life, and

to hustle – go above and beyond the expectations of your team, your customers, and

us.

Required Experience, Abilities and Skills:

● Stamina to work a 10-hour shift

● Standing for long period of time

● Overtime may be required

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
