The 216-bed acute care hospital, together with a 24-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility and a 14-bed Freestanding Emergency Center, serves as a regional destination for complex care and advanced specialty services.

Qualifications include:

10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including successful leadership of a complex hospital or health system operation

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred

Proven history of driving growth, operational performance, and financial success

Demonstrated success building strong physician relationships and engagement

Experience leading organizational transformation and culture development

Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent

Compensation

A competitive compensation program will be tailored to the selected candidate. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance bonus and comprehensive, well-rounded benefits program, which includes relocation assistance.
