Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor – Semiconductor Supply Chain & Material Operations to oversee material movement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics execution supporting semiconductor and high-tech project operations.
This role is responsible for managing the flow of materials and equipment from receiving through storage, allocation, shipment, and field delivery. The Logistics Supervisor will coordinate with procurement, suppliers, freight carriers, warehouse personnel, project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to help ensure materials are delivered accurately, safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has experience managing complex supply-chain operations, inventory, transportation, warehouse workflows, supplier coordination, and logistics reporting in fast-paced environments. Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing, fab construction, equipment installation, industrial construction, electronics, or other high-tech operations is highly preferred.
- Manage end-to-end material flow, including receiving, storage, allocation, tracking, staging, distribution, and delivery to project or operational work areas.
- Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, shortages, excess inventory, long-lead items, and supply risks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, physical audits, reconciliation activities, and system updates.
- Review material status, inventory availability, delivery schedules, and allocation needs to support construction, installation, manufacturing, and project execution requirements.
- Partner with procurement and project teams to align material demand with supply availability, project schedules, and upcoming work packages.
- Identify material shortages, incorrect shipments, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and other supply-chain concerns; coordinate timely corrective action.
- Support material traceability, labeling, storage, preservation, handling, and documentation requirements.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation coordination, receiving, shipment scheduling, delivery tracking, and material distribution.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and internal teams to support reliable and cost-effective delivery performance.
- Ensure materials and equipment are properly received, inspected, labeled, packaged, stored, staged, and documented in accordance with company, client, and project requirements.
- Support efficient warehouse workflow, material movement, dock coordination, laydown planning, storage utilization, and work-area readiness.
- Help ensure materials are protected from damage, contamination, misidentification, loss, and improper handling.
- Coordinate delivery timing and material movement with project teams, field personnel, warehouse teams, subcontractors, and site management.
- Maintain organized warehouse, storage, staging, and logistics areas in accordance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics, inventory data, delivery trends, and material-flow issues to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and operational execution.
- Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures for logistics, receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, and shipment coordination.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, reporting processes, and material-management practices.
- Support ERP, warehouse management system, inventory system, and data-accuracy improvement initiatives.
- Track key logistics metrics, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, shipment status, material shortages, turnaround times, and open risks.
- Prepare material-status reports, inventory summaries, logistics dashboards, and operational updates for management and project stakeholders.
- Support continuous-improvement efforts related to supply-chain planning, warehouse operations, material readiness, and logistics execution.
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, project managers, field teams, warehouse personnel, carriers, freight forwarders, subcontractors, and leadership to support material readiness.
- Communicate logistics updates, delivery status, shortage risks, inventory concerns, and required actions clearly and promptly.
- Support resolution of shipment delays, supply-chain disruptions, delivery discrepancies, documentation issues, and material-related risks.
- Ensure logistics activities comply with company procedures, client expectations, quality requirements, safety standards, and applicable transportation or shipping requirements.
- Support proper handling of materials, equipment, shipping documents, packing lists, receiving records, and related logistics documentation.
- Maintain a proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, material management, inventory control, supply-chain operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing inventory, transportation, shipment coordination, receiving activities, supplier communication, and warehouse workflows.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, operational workflows, inventory controls, and material-flow coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, shipments, inventory needs, and stakeholder requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with procurement teams, suppliers, carriers, warehouse personnel, project teams, and leadership.
- Ability to work onsite in a warehouse, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
- Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, cleanroom, construction, industrial, high-tech manufacturing, or mission-critical facility projects.
- Experience supporting semiconductor fab construction, equipment installation, tool installation, or critical-material logistics.
- Experience managing warehouse operations, laydown areas, material staging, field distribution, or construction logistics.
- Knowledge of international shipping, air freight, ocean freight, customs documentation, import/export requirements, and freight-forwarding processes.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, inventory-control, materials-management, procurement, or logistics-reporting systems.
- Familiarity with material traceability, sensitive equipment handling, cleanroom material requirements, and high-value inventory controls.
- Experience coordinating with freight carriers, third-party logistics providers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese communication skills are a plus, but not required.

This is a full-time onsite role supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, and project-based operations. Work may include warehouse coordination, receiving activities, shipment tracking, inventory control, material staging, delivery planning, carrier communication, and project-site logistics support.
The Logistics Supervisor must be comfortable working in active warehouse, construction, industrial, and semiconductor-related environments. The role may require regular coordination with suppliers, carriers, freight providers, warehouse teams, field crews, and project stakeholders while managing time-sensitive material needs and changing operational priorities.
