Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and the ability to fabricate and sew various types of clothing and textile products. This role requires proficiency with sewing machines and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finished products. The Seamstress will work in a warehouse environment, contributing to the production process and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Operate sewing machines to construct garments and other textile items according to specifications.
Fabricate patterns and cut fabric pieces for assembly.
Assemble, sew, and finish garments while adhering to quality standards.
Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and defects before final delivery.
Maintain sewing equipment and workspace in a clean and organized manner.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
Follow safety protocols while working in the warehouse environment.

Skills

Proficient in garment construction techniques with a strong understanding of fabric types and properties.
Experience operating various sewing machines, including industrial models.
Ability to fabricate patterns accurately for different garment styles.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on producing high-quality work.
Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented warehouse setting.
